Sizing Questions?

iGel Soles are designed to provide a cushion from the ball of the foot to the heel of the foot.  There is not supposed to be gel under your toes.  For that reason, iGel Soles are available in a range of sizes, and the toe can be trimmed to fit your shoe perfectly.
